Ypsilanti Crossroads Summer Music Festival

The 2011 Crossroads Summer Music Festival kicks off July 8 this year and features 22 artists and ensembles from local Michigan communities throughout the summer. The Downtown Association of Ypsilanti closes North Washington St in the heart of Historic Downtown Ypsilanti each night of the festival to highlight each of these local musicians, food, artists, jewelers and retailers.  Additionally, there are numerous free family activities each night.

Aug 13            US-12 Garage Sale
The Downtown Association of Ypsilanti (DAY) is hosting the US-12 Garage Sale to celebrate the historical significance of one of Michigan’s oldest byways. Held in Historic Downtown Ypsilanti, Garage Sale vendors will be selling antiques, collectibles, fresh produce and homemade jams, furniture and dishware beginning at 9 a.m.; the Mark Pappas Jazz Combo will play at noon.
