For assistance with overnight accommodations and personalized service, contact our office at 734-483-4444. Remember, all of the services at the Convention Bureau are free of charge.
Reunions
The Ypsilanti Area Convention and Visitors Bureau would be happy to help you plan your class or family reunion in Washtenaw County. Perhaps you are looking for a location to have a picnic or special outing. If you have out of town guests who need overnight accommodations, we can help with that too!
All of our services are free and when appropriate, we can provide any of the following services:
Planning Assistance: We have a vast knowledge of resources to direct you to in planning a memorable event.
Housing: Assist with the distribution of a press release to notify or promote your event to the appropriate target media.
