Participants can arrive starting at 2:30 pm
Filming is expected to start at 3:20 pm and will wrap up around 4:00 pm
Our portion of the video will showcase the historic water tower, Eastern Michigan University, the Michigan Firehouse Museum, the Auto Heritage Museum, the people in the City of Ypsilanti, and more in a 5-10 second clip.
Be a part of history Ypsi style…Ypsilanti will be among the stars in a new statewide promotional video that will be part of the Pure Michigan tourism campaign. Status Creative, the same firm behind a Grand Rapids video that went viral last year with 4.9 million views, will highlight each city, landmark and other “eye catching” things from around the state. This video will feature a Michigan lyrical version to the song “Good Time” by Owl City and Carly Rae Jepsen.
All participants will sing our portion of the song.
