Christmas Lights Ride - See Ypsilanti's holiday lights from a bicycle. Thursday, December 22, 7pm, Corner Brewery (Norris and Forest). Front and rear lights required. Casual ride of around 8 miles or so. First Ride In The First Hour - 12:30am (yes, 30 minutes after midnight) on the early morning of January 1, 2012. Short (30 minute) ride on quiet neighborhood streets. Meet at the Corner Brewery (Norris and Forest). Working front and rear lights a must. New Years Day Ride - Get the new year off right with exercise. 1pm start at Recreation Park (Oakwood and Congress) for a 12 mile ride (one mile for each month of the new year) on the Border To Border Trail.
