Depot Town Bike Nights
When: Every Tuesday throughout the year
Where: Cross Street/Depot Town
Motorcycles line Cross Street in Ypsilanti’s Depot Town every Tuesday (weather permitting) throughout the year. Check out 100 vintage & contemporary bikes, grab some grub, and stroll through Depot Town.



Downtown Ypsilanti Farmers Market
When: Every Tuesday May-October
Where: 16 S. Washington St.
Growing Hope’s Downtown Ypsilanti Farmers Market aims to increase access to fresh and healthy food while supporting our local economy and developing our downtown. Come down every Tuesday and stock up on locally grown and crafted foods and enjoy live music.


Depot Town Cruise Nights
When: Every Thursday June thru September
Where: Cross Street/Depot Town
Depot Town rocks on Thursday evenings during Cruise Nights when hundreds of visitors stroll the length of Cross Street to check out classic cars, hot rods, and customs. It’s also a perfect time to sit at one of the several sidewalk restaurants, grab a bit to eat and watch the cars roll in.


FFYFirst Fridays Ypsilanti

When: First Friday of the month
Where: Ypsilanti Area
First Fridays provides Ypsilanti’s rich community of local artists, business-venues, and citizens the invigorating opportunity to cross-promote each other on a monthly basis. Participating business include FLY Children’s Art Center, Bona Sera Cafe, The Ugly Mug, Beezy’s Cafe and more.


Depot Town Farmers Market
When: Every Saturday May-October
Where: Freighthouse Plaza
Run by Growing Hope, the Depot Town Farmers Market aims to increase access to fresh and healthy food while supporting our local economy and developing our community. With around 40 vendors each day, selling a large variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, home goods and more, you won’t want to miss out on this great weekly market.

Willow Run Airport
Thunder over Michigan is one of America’s leading air shows and is considered the best “warbird” show in America. Held every summer at Willow Run Airport, the show features world-class entertainment, unique static displays, and fun for the whole family.

What: Milan Bluegrass Festival

Where: KC Campground
The Milan Bluegrass Festival will be held in the same great venue, KC Campground, on August 14-16. There is a playground for the children, a swimming hole, camp store, and pavilion for shelter in case of rain.

What: Saline’s Summerfest
Where: City of Saline
Saline’s Summerfest 2014 will offer more food, fun, music, and memories than ever before! On a summer weekend, on the streets of Downtown Saline, a sweeping assortment of activities, attractions, and amusements will bring together people of all ages and interests for one super hometown celebration – Saline’s Summerfest.

Dexter Daze has developed into an event that includes over 100 booths of artisans and crafters, free entertainment for the whole family, and a sense of “community” with people knowing and caring for their neighbors.

What: Chelsea Community Fair
Where: Chelsea Community Fairgrounds
Featuring a little something for everyone, the 77th Annual Chelsea Community Fair has the ever popular demolition derby events and tractor pulls as well as a wide selection of livestock judging, crafts, exhibits and exhibitors, midway games and rides and so much more!

What: German Park Picnic
Where: German Park | Ann Arbor
The German Park Recreation Club hosts three picnics the last Saturday in June, July, and August. Admission gate open 4–9 pm; Park closes at 11 pm. Featuring live music, authentic German food and beer, live German dance performances.
